Marc Márquez to Miss Rest of MotoGP Season After Injury 😔

MotoGP legend Marc Márquez has been ruled out for the rest of the 2025 season following injuries sustained in a crash during the Malaysian Grand Prix. 💥

The Repsol Honda rider suffered a fractured wrist and shoulder damage after a heavy fall at Turn 11 during the warm-up session. Although he initially walked away, scans later confirmed the injuries were serious enough to require surgery and a long recovery.

➡️ Repsol Honda’s statement:
“After further medical evaluation, Marc Márquez will not participate in the remaining races of the 2025 MotoGP season. His focus will now be on treatment and rehabilitation to ensure a full recovery.”

Márquez, an eight-time world champion, has battled several injuries over the past few years but showed promising form this season with a series of strong results. His absence will be a huge loss to the grid.

🗣️ Márquez’s message to fans:
“It’s hard to end the season this way after all the effort we’ve put in, but sometimes you have to listen to your body. I’ll focus on recovering fully and coming back stronger next year. Thank you for all the support.” ❤️

Team manager Alberto Puig added:
“Marc’s well-being comes first. He has shown incredible determination, and we’ll support him every step of the way.”

🇩🇪 Stefan Bradl is expected to replace Márquez for the remaining rounds as Honda focuses on development for next season.
