Tennessee Volunteers quarterback Jake Merklinger has been turning heads with his progress during spring practices in his second year with the program. Following ten sessions, the redshirt freshman is showing marked improvement, impressing both coaches and teammates alike.
Merklinger, who entered the team as the lowest-rated quarterback recruit under head coach Josh Heupel, has focused on refining his game.
