The renewal ensures Zenn Ability remains the Panthers’ Official Disability Services Provider for the 2026 NRL season. This community-focused partnership continues to break down barriers, providing participants with life-changing opportunities to engage with the triple-premiership-winning club.

Inclusion at the Heart of the Game

A cornerstone of the extended agreement is the continued delivery of โ€œInner Sanctumโ€ experiences. These exclusive opportunities allow Zenn Ability participants to step behind the scenes of the NRLโ€™s most successful modern franchise, offering a level of access rarely seen in professional sport.

Furthering the club’s commitment to accessibility, Zenn Ability will continue to provide dedicated support workers and transport for participants to attend Panthers home games. As Penrith Stadium undergoes its major reconstruction, these services remain vital for ensuring fans with disabilities can travel to and enjoy the live atmosphere at the clubโ€™s temporary home, CommBank Stadium.

Empowering the Panthers Foundation

Zenn Ability also remains a key supporter of the Participation Pillar of the Panthers Foundation. This initiative is designed to increase and diversify opportunities for people to engage with rugby league across Western Sydney, the Blue Mountains, and the Central West.

“The renewal of Zenn Ability’s sponsorship reinforces a partnership grounded in shared ambition and measurable impact,” said Panthers Rugby League CEO Matt Cameron. “We sincerely value their ongoing support and are excited to continue creating meaningful outcomes together.”

A Growing Local Legacy

Based in the heart of Penrith, the family-run Zenn Ability has seen rapid growth during its tenure with the club. The organization recently expanded its footprint by opening an office in Lithgow, allowing it to support more participants beyond the Sydney metropolitan area.

Zenn Ability CEO Laurie Slade expressed immense pride in the fourth-year milestone. “From attending all Panthers home games to providing exclusive opportunities through the Panthers Inner Sanctum, it’s about creating moments of connection, excitement, and inclusion,” Slade said. “Partnerships like this help ensure people living with disability have greater opportunities to be involved in their community and share in the passion that sport brings.”

Through initiatives like the “Play Like a Panther” Disability Clinics, the partnership continues to set a benchmark for how professional sporting clubs can foster a truly inclusive environment for all members of the community.
