Martin Brundle Analyzes Lewis Hamilton’s Ferrari Debut….Read more

Formula 1 veteran Martin Brundle has shared his insightsq on the Australian Grand Prix, focusing on Lewis Hamilton’s much-anticipated Ferrari debut and Lando Norris’ first-ever F1 victory.

Hamilton’s move to Ferrari was one of the biggest stories of the season, and all eyes were on the seven-time world champion as he took to the track in Melbourne. Unfortunately, his first race in red did not go as planned. A mechanical failure forced him to retire early, marking a disappointing start to his Ferrari journey. Despite this setback, Brundle believes Hamilton’s experience and determination will help him bounce back.

“Lewis is still one of the best drivers on the grid, and Ferrari will get stronger,” Brundle noted. “It wasn’t the dream start, but it’s a long season ahead.”

While Hamilton struggled, Lando Norris stole the show with a spectacular performance, securing his maiden Formula 1 victory. The McLaren driver delivered a flawless race, holding off competition from Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Mercedes’ George Russell. Brundle was full of praise for Norris, calling his win “long overdue” and highlighting the 24-year-old’s consistent growth over the years.

“Norris has been knocking on the door for a while now, and he fully deserved this win,” Brundle said. “McLaren made all the right calls, and Lando executed perfectly.”

With Hamilton aiming for redemption and Norris proving himself as a serious contender, the 2025 season is shaping up to be one of the most exciting in recent memory. The next race will be crucial for Ferrari and Hamilton as they look to recover from their Melbourne disappointment.
